Currently, Kautex has four Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These organizations are employee-led and company-supported, allowing employees from a variety of backgrounds to share their voices. Our ERGs are open to everyone and reflect our intent to be a workplace where everyone feels included and welcomed.

  • Fusion: For LGBTQ2IA+ employees and their allies
  • DRIVE: For early career professionals & those early in their automotive careers
  • ECOTEX: For those passionate about fighting climate change and promoting sustainable business practices
  • Kaleidoscope: A multi-cultural organization seeking to create a community of like-minded individuals who want to celebrate our unique backgrounds, perspectives, skills and strengths.

"Diversity as a chance" is the slogan of the Charter of Diversity. Seeing diversity as a chance is also a part of our corporate culture. It connects diversity with team spirit, integrity, respect, engagement and continuous improvement.

Kautex has signed the European "Charter of Diversity" in order to publicly share its commitment to diversity. Since that time, more than 2,500 companies have joined this business initiative to point out the importance of diversity: The only way to be successful is to identify and use the existing diversity.
