PPWR Information

The PPWR establishes a clear framework for more sustainable packaging solutions, without imposing reuse as a blanket requirement for bottles and canisters. We see this as an opportunity and seek dialogue with our customers wherever reuse is environmentally sound, economically viable and operationally efficient. The IK German Association for Plastics Packaging and Films has provided practical guidance on the reuse requirements under Article 29(1) to (3) of the PPWR for canisters and drums used in industrial and commercial applications.
